When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by July 26th, 2026. We need to provide final numbers to our venue and caterer, so your timely response is a huge help. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to get seated and settled.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend checking the weather and bringing a light layer if needed. The reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

At the beginning of the ceremony, we’ll allow a brief moment for photos. After that, we respectfully ask that all phones be put away and be silenced for the remainder of the ceremony and be fully present with us.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

While there won’t be an open bar, we’ll have plenty of beverages available for purchase for everyone to enjoy.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love celebrating with everyone! However, unless your invitation specifically includes a plus-one, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear Sunday best attire! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or shorts.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Our ceremony and reception are both at Fairmont Hot Springs. We’ve secured a discounted room rate for our guests, but you’ll also find other nearby lodging options listed under the Travel tab on our website.

Yes! Our wedding is family-friendly and we’d love to have your little ones join the celebration.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

No, guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.
