Rebekah was born and raised in the Sacramento area. Her parents, avid campers, instilled a love of the outdoors at a very young age. As an FFA member throughout high school, she continued down that same path developing an agricultural degree. In adulthood, she continued to hike, fish, and camp with friends and family. Luckily for her, she had friends of Erick's as her own...

Erick was born in Guadalajara, spent his early years in Southern California, and eventually moved to Sacramento during high school. Sports, work, and a bit of misbehaving were his hobbies back then. Camping, fishing, and outdoorsmanship came a bit later in life. His hard work ethic still ever-present, combined with that love for the outdoors, Rebekah fell head over heels for such a hunk 😉

We first met at a friend's house and weren't exceptionally fond of each other, actually. When we saw each other again a few months later we each thought a little more highly one another, but it wasn't until we were both in our "element" (camping lol) that we really clicked. We were both elated that the other shared the same interests in and fondness for travelling, exploring different types of foods, and attending sporting events. We're excited to continue doing all of these while we enjoy being husband and wife in the very near future!
