Cocktail Attire: Women should be in nice dresses. Or a jumpsuit/slacks. Men should be in suites or nice slacks with a button up shirt. Feel free to wear color! Also - you are welcome to wear cowboy boots and hats! Our Ceremony is outside and is in the grass so please use caution when picking out shoes!
October in the mountains can vary! So please bring a jacket with you as our Ceremony is outside.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We politely request that all attendees be over the age of 21. We thank you for your understanding!
Yes! We will have shuttles picking guest up at the Grand Hyatt in Vail and returning to the Grand Hyatt after the reception.
There is parking at the venue if you choose to drive. However, we will have transportation to and from the venue!
Shuttle pick up will be at 3:15 at the Grand Hyatt!! All shuttles are leaving by 3:30.
