Question
Can we bring our young children?
Answer
Unfortunately this is an adult only wedding. The only children attending are actively participating in the ceremony as flower girl and ring bearer. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, but we really hope you can all still make it!
Question
Can we use our phones and cameras for photos during the ceremony?
Answer
As long as you are being mindful of keeping your device low and out of the aisle, you are free to use your devices to take your own photos and videos. Just please respect our wishes for our photographer to get awesome photos without any phones or cameras blocking any views.
Question
Will Nashoba Valley be open for business on the day of the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Although we would love to have the area to ourselves for the day, they are open for business to the public. This means that there may be people sitting at picnic tables about 100 feet away from the ceremony location. Only invited guests should be sitting on the ceremony benches. Feel free to stop in the store if you have any free time.

What should we expect the day of?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors with no overhanging shade. So if it is sunny outside, be prepared to dress cool and wear sunscreen. The reception will be indoors with ceiling fans running. Please let us know if there are any concerns about sitting in direct sunlight for a period of time and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Will we need to stay at a hotel the night of your wedding?
Answer
Luckily our wedding will be ending well before sunset, the cut off time of the reception is 6pm. If you prefer to stay the night anyway or are traveling from far away, the closest hotels are The Holiday Inn in Hudson or The Double Tree in Leominster.
Question
Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Nashoba Valley is a winery and will have a bar attached outside of the reception hall. It will be a cash bar so bring some cash if you’d like to make a purchase.
