Hotel Booking: We are thrilled to celebrate with you at Cigarral de las Mercedes. We will provide a special discount code for guests booking nights from October 27th to October 29th. As there isn't a reserved room block, we highly recommend booking your stay early to ensure availability and take advantage of our special rates. A 30% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due by September 27, 2026. While we'd love for you to stay at the venue with us, there's no obligation to do so. Toledo's Old Town is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, offering many other accommodation options. Alternatively, you might consider staying in Madrid. * From Madrid: If you choose to stay in Madrid, Toledo is conveniently located about an hour's drive away, and the hotel offers complimentary parking for guests. Alternatively, a high-speed train from Madrid takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Toledo's main station, which is then a short 10-minute taxi ride from our venue. * Local Transportation: The hotel is happy to assist with calling taxis for guests when leaving the venue. Formal invitations will be sent out in the near future, at which point our RSVP portal will go live on this website. There, you will be able to confirm your attendance for both the welcome dinner and the wedding day separately. This will also be the place to let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have. The official schedule for all events will be included with the formal invitations.

Kids are absolutely welcome at our wedding! To help parents relax and fully enjoy the ceremony, childcare services are available through the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to learn more about the available options and to make arrangements. When booking online, please only account for the adults in your guest count. Small children can comfortably stay in the room with you, and a crib can be requested.

We'd love for you to join us in formal attire. For women, elegant dresses are perfect, and for men, a suit and tie are expected. Our ceremony will be outdoors during daylight in late October. While Toledo in October is generally pleasant, we recommend checking the weather forecast closer to the date and maybe bringing a light jacket for the evening, as temperatures can drop after sunset.
