What time should I arrive at the event?

Answer

Stop by whenever you like! This event is casual and we do not have any strict events planned. Food will be served 5pm-8pm and the band will play 7pm-10pm.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a date?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available for pick up/drop off from Towneplace Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. Shuttle service will run as follows: Hotels → Venue: 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM Venue → Hotels: 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM
