Isaiah and I met on the battlefield of saving babies outside of an abortion clinic, serving together through a group in our church. What started as simply showing up for the same mission slowly turned into noticing each other—our conversations growing a little longer, our smiles a little warmer. In the midst of a place filled with heavy moments, we found something unexpectedly beautiful. We talked, laughed, and realized that our hearts were aligned not just in purpose, but in spirit. Every day we served together, we learned more about each other—how naturally we worked side by side, how easy it was to be ourselves, how right it all felt. Friendship grew into something deeper, and before we knew it, we had found love in the most unlikely place. And that’s how Isaiah and I met: united by faith, purpose, and a calling that eventually led us straight to each other
