The LOOM Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We are thrilled to celebrate our wedding weekend with you all, and we’d love for you to stay where the festivities will begin: The LOOM Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island - a beautiful, modern hotel just minutes from our venue. Our room block applies to the nights of Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 24, 2026. A two-night stay is required to receive the group rate of $279 / night + tax for standard king rooms. Please book your room on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Due to Brown University's graduation + Memorial Day weekend, we anticipate the LOOM hotel will be fully booked soon. There will be shuttle service to Aldrich Mansion from The LOOM Hotel on our wedding day, though there will be parking at Aldrich should you choose to drive.

Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport / Warwick

The Hilton Garden Inn permits one-night stays if the room is reserved personally. We do not have an official room block here, but we can arrange shuttle service for guests staying at the Inn.

PVD is less than 10 minutes from the LOOM Hotel and ~10 minutes from our wedding venue.

Boston Logan International Airport

BOS is ~1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the LOOM Hotel. If you take the MBTA from Boston city center, the Amtrak train to Warwick station is ~80 minutes.

John F. Kennedy International Airport

JFK is ~3 hours by car from the LOOM Hotel. If you take the Amtrak's Northeast Corridor line to Warwick, the ride will be ~3 hours.

Alternate Options

If you're willing to drive a bit to the ceremony (and have a DD), there are two adorable towns just under an hour drive away: Mystic CT, and Newport RI. Great options if you're looking to stay for the full holiday weekend and explore a bit after the wedding festivities are over!
