Lets not jinx it, but there is a backup plan that the wedding will take place indoors on-site.

What is the plan for the night?

Answer

Following the ceremony, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres will be served while the bride and groom take pictures. Soon after, dinner and cake will follow. The reception will be held in a tent near the beach. The DJ will be spinning tunes the whole night through, but guests will have the option of stepping out to toast a s'more at the beachside fire. Hungry after all the twisting and shouting? Don't worry; late night snacks will be provided.

Is it going to be on the beach, and will we walk in sand?

Answer

Yes, it will be at a sandy part of the beach. There is a designated walkway to get to your seats, but there will be a few steps that you will have to take in the sand. Flip flops will be provided.
