Getting There

The wedding will be in Lakeside, Michigan, but guests can stay in any of the surrounding towns including New Buffalo (prime shuttle spot), Three Oaks and Union Pier. They are all about a 1 hour drive from Chicago. Once in the area, shuttles will be provided from the hotels listed here! For those traveling by air, the easiest and cheapest way will be to fly in to Chicago O'Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) and rent a car. Also see if there are flights from your city into South Bend, Indiana (SBN), where you can rent a car and is only around 45 minutes from New Buffalo. If you would prefer not to drive, Amtrak has direct trains from Chicago Union Station to New Buffalo. There will be shuttles to and from the rehearsal dinner and reception. Uber and Lyft do not really exist in this area so take this into account in your travel plans.
