We ask you kindly to please follow the instructions and guidance from any of the staff or members of the wedding party to include volume level, seating arrangements, getting food and/or drinks from the table and bar, access to all parts of the property, and any general instructions. There is onsite security that will remove guests who do not adhere to any of the event or venue rules, and will remove any persons the bride and groom want removed.
Semi-Formal: Suits, sundresses, dress pants and blouses are welcome, don’t overthink, or overdo it, keep it simple. When thinking of colors to wear keep in mind it will be spring time so pastels, light colors, and floral patterns are commonly seen being worn during spring weddings. Please don't wear any glitter or rhinestones and try to keep it conservative but comfortable enough for you to move around in. Do not wear white or similar colors.
Yes, onsite coordinators will help facilitate parking.
Please arrive 2:30pm central time. If you arrive late, facilitators and staff may prevent you from entering in order to prevent any disruptions to the ceremony.
If you were allotted any plus ones it should give you the option to register them on the RSVP page. If you believe there has been a mistake or wish to update us on your plus one, please reach out to Zenea or Eric as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we would love for everyone and their littles to come, but only have allotments for the ringbearer and flower girls at this time. We can also only permit registered service animals if needed on the venue grounds, and it is expected they are behaved and picked up after. If this presents a problem with your attendance, please reach out to Zenea or Eric as soon as possible so we may try to accommodate you.
You don't have as many as Zenea, I promise -Eric. In the RSVP you will see a question asking about food allergies. If you missed this or need to update it for you or your party please reach out to Eric or Zenea as soon as possible.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be inside. If there is unfavorable weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors prior to the arrival of guests, and an announcement will be made.
A seating chart will be arranged, and we ask kindly that all guests will sit where assigned through first dance and speeches and not move seats around until after. If you have an issue with your seating, please bring it up to Jailyn Hicks, the day of coordinator, and we will attempt to accommodate you.
No outside alcohol, or tabaco is permitted on the venue property. We will have a bar ticket system for alcohol to be served during cocktail hour and reception. All guests 21 and older will receive 3 drink tickets which can be exchanged for a drink of choice at the bar. There will be games and prizes where more tickets can be won. Anyone caught giving tickets or alcohol to anyone under 21 will be removed. The venue does not allow for straight liquor to be served on the premises (so get creative when ordering from the bar). If you plan on drinking, have a plan to get home or to your hotel. Venue security and staff will prevent you from driving and/or call police if you attempt to drive while intoxicated.
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please silence and put away all phones and devices. Our photographer and videographer will capture these moments for us to share later. Thank you for celebrating with us, right here and right now.
We have a registry for those who wish to use it, though gifts outside the registry are always welcome and appreciated. Guests are also welcome to bring gifts to the wedding, and a card and cash box will be available at the reception.
