Is this a formal wedding?

Answer

NO! This location was chosen for it's more laid back, comfortable vibe, just like us! Please wear something you feel comfortable in (no jeans please), examples: light flowy dress, dress pants, button down shirts with or without a tie, light jackets. Ladies may wish to choose flats over heels as this is a mostly outdoor/lawn event.

Lodging

Answer

Lodging in central Vermont can be challenging. We have reserved a block of rooms at a brand new hotel in Lebanon NH which is only about 30 minutes away from the venue. This location would work best for those coming from the south (mainly Vickie's family). We are trying to find something more conveniently located for the NY family/friends. Please book EARLY because we can always block more rooms!!!

Registry gifts

Answer

You'll notice our registry page is small. We both brought a lot of items to the relationship and really feel we don't need a lot of gifts, so please do not feel obligated to purchase something traditional. However, if you would like to contribute to our hopeful trip to Ireland, that would be delightful!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off to have fun with us!! One of the bridesmaids (Liz) is a local teacher and knows lots of great, responsible sitters and we would be happy to arrange this!!!
