What’s the dress code?

Answer

This is a cocktail attire event, but please be mindful of the weather, the entire event will be held outdoors. Cowboy/girl attire is welcome! (Guests are welcome to wear/change into cowboy boots if you desire for dancing!)

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking will be in the Canyon View High School parking lot. This lot will be open 4pm - 11pm. There will be a shuttle service to take you to and from the parking lot and party! Thank you!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! All events will be held at the Cotter Residence in the backyard. Address is 18509 W Bethany Home Road, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have an amazing selection of house-smoked BBQ and delicious sides.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

There will be an open beer and wine bar with lemonade and water as well.

Will transportation after the wedding be provided?

Answer

The shuttle to bring you back to your car will be available until 11pm. Transportation home after the wedding will not be provided by couple, so please drink responsibly and have a designated driver assigned. Please be mindful of location and the limited availability for rides such as Uber/Lyft. Carpool recommended.

Are children welcome to the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be kids of all ages attending the wedding.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

Yes! As long as the heel is chunky, the grass does not need to be aerated this time of year. ;) no stilettos please!
