Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola, please see the Registry tab of this website.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We request that everyone RSVP by August 25th if at all possible. We understand life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate last minute additions, but many of our vendors require advance notice of head count.

What is the theme?

Answer

Halloween! Costumes are encouraged, but not required. There will also be a pirate theme for the groom party, and a witch theme for the bridal party.

Do I need to wear a costume? What is the dress code?

Answer

Costumes are not required. Cocktail attire & dark colors are suggested if you want to match the theme. Otherwise, wear dark colors and make yourselves comfortable!

Will food and drinks be served? What should I do about dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be serving dinner, drinks, and dessert at the reception. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available - please contact Eric if you have any additional dietary restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue opens for setup at 3PM. Guests are welcome to arrive any time before 5PM, but be advised that seating may not be set up immediately. 4:30PM is a safe arrival time.

What parking and transportation options are available for the wedding?

Answer

The Dark Room venue has parking available. A number of our guests will be renting cars for the weekend. Uber/Lyft are encouraged, please contact Eric or Stephanie if you require additional accommodation.
