It all began on September 21, 2018, when fate (and a couple of very thoughtful friends) brought us together on a blind date. Eric’s fraternity big, Joe, and Stephanie’s sorority big, Tori, thought we might just hit it off—and they were right. From the moment we sat down, the conversation flowed effortlessly, and we both left that night knowing something special had just begun. After a few months of laughter, long talks, and growing closer, we officially started dating on January 7, 2019. We spent the rest of our college years side by side, making memories at Kilroy’s Bar, sushi dates, study sessions, and cheering each other on through every challenge and celebration. Over the years, our adventures only grew. From road trips across the U.S. to international getaways in Portugal, Spain, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, we've shared a love of travel, new cuisines, and making each day an experience. Our favorite date nights often include discovering new restaurants, playing a round of golf, or simply walking hand-in-hand along the lakefront. On May 3, 2025, Eric got down on one knee at the beautiful North Pond in Lincoln Park, with the Chicago skyline shining behind us. It was the perfect moment to begin the next chapter of our story. We’re so excited to celebrate our journey and future with all of you on August 8, 2026!
