We have a love story that began before we even knew it. We first met as little kids on the T-ball field, but our roots run deeper than that: his cousin and my mom were best friends. Every party, holiday, and celebration during our young teen years meant seeing each other—and the playful flirting and secret smiles became a tradition we both looked forward to. We started hanging out when I was 16 & truly never stopped. After countless dates, inside jokes, and shared milestones, he decided to get down on one knee in front of the people who meant the most to us & asked me to spend the rest of my life with him!
