There is complimentary guest parking on site! A parking attendant will be directing traffic the day of the wedding!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone. Your invitation will include if you have a plus one and when you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyones children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This includes any children under the age of 18 years-old. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!!
The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be held outdoors but enclosed underneath a tent.
The ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30pm, we recommend arriving between 3:00pm and 3:20pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, the road into the venue will unfortunately be closed off until after the end of the ceremony, so please be on time.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking or driving. We recommend using ride-share apps, such as Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking. Additionally, we will have transportation to and from the hotel which will follow a transportation schedule. All cars need to be picked up by 9am the next day or they will be towed.
Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we ask that all phones and camera be put away until after the ceremony has ended! We have the most amazing photographer who will be capturing these moments. You are more than welcome to have your phone out during the reception to capture any moments, which we would love to see!
