What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to The Boylston Rooms at 3:45 to be sure you have enough time to park (if driving) and find a seat for the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We hope you can use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to the hotels listed under the lodging section following the reception. Please plan to make your own arrangements for getting to the ceremony space. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. There are additional hotels in the area, however only those listed on our site will have the provided transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Free parking is available in the lot across from the venue. A map depicting the parking area can be found at the following link (see bottom of page) : https://www.boylstonrooms.com/contact

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any severe allergies as soon as possible so that we can work with the kitchen to accommodate on your behalf ahead of time.
