The safety of our family and friends is our number one priority. We will continue to monitor our state's infection statistics and adhere to all guidelines suggested by the CDC in Atlanta. We are also working very closely with Grant Henry, the owner of our venue, who has been a leader within his industry and our community since the inception of this pandemic, to insure that we are making responsible and scientific based decisions. The following are preliminary safety precautions we are implementing at this time. If you're not feeling well, please do not attend. We'd rather celebrate with you when you are feeling your best. Please bring your favorite mask with you. We will have extra masks, but not enough for everyone attending. Hand sanitizer will be provided at every entrance and exit and throughout the venue. No one with any observable symptoms will be permitted. No exceptions.
We suggest any hotels or Air B&Bs in the Midtown, Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown, Inman Park, or Edgewood neighborhoods of Atlanta. If you have to stay further out, no worries, the wedding and reception are at the same venue so you're close no matter where you stay inside the perimeter.
Besides being the birthplace of civil rights, Atlanta is a thriving food and art destination. It’s actually the best city in the country for mural viewing. Atlanta prides itself on its diverse population and attractions. Please see the "Things to Do" tab above for a list of our favorite attractions.
We are happy to be celebrating our wedding in true Scottish style. We encourage everyone to dress in their Scottish and English best. Women are encouraged to don hats and fascinators. Everyone may also wear their own tartan if you should so choose. If you would like to rent or purchase a kilt for the wedding, please contact Atlanta Kilts at 877-411-5458 or visit their website at atlantakilts.com
