How do I make reservations?

We are busy working to build a reservation page with Beyul Retreat that will be finished in early May. Check back for details on how to book! Please do not call Beyul Retreat directly. We will give you instructions on how to reserve your place as soon as we are able to.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Definitely be sure to let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions or allergies - writing those on your RSVP card is a great idea.

Do I need to bring any food/drinks?

Answer

All of your main meals and beverages are provided. Beer and wine will be provided during evening meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as some batched cocktails on Saturday night. That being said, if you want to pick up any snacks, drinks, or extras, be sure to stop at City Market or Whole Foods in Basalt (Willits) before driving up to meet us. It is about 45 minutes to 1 hour drive time back down, so be sure to bring everything you think you might need.

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

The weather can vary wildly in the mountains of Colorado regardless of the time of year. On average, it's around 80 degrees during the day, but it can dip as low as 40 degrees at night and quick afternoon rainstorms are not unusual. Please pack accordingly for this wide variety of temperatures - having a warm jacket, a sweater, a pair of long pants and a rain jacket are all good items to pack.
