Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas USVI (STT)
To get to St. John you need to fly into St. Thomas, take a taxi, and then ferry over to St John. I’d try to fly into St. Thomas as early as possible to give yourself the most time but unfortunately travel will take you most of the day.

Taxis are outside the airport so no need to book one in advance. Expect about $25 a person with bags to Red Hook and about $12 with bags to Crown Bay. BRING CASH. There are two ferry terminals from St. Thomas to St. John: Red Hook Crown Bay Marina

Rental Cars
You do not need to rent a car if you do not want to. We will provide shuttles to wedding events and there are taxis around island that generally range from $5-10 a person per trip. However, we do feel a car gives you the most freedom and if you’re not staying in town then it’s definitely recommended. A few rental car places are linked below. I’d recommend booking these as early as possible because they will get booked up.

Accommodations
We highly recommend looking into AirBnb, Vrbo, Where to Stay, St. John Villa Rentals, Caribbean Villas of St. John and Holiday Homes for larger group housing. Below are a bunch of hotel and villa options as well. We will provide shuttles for wedding events and taxis are always available in town. We always recommend a rental car for maximum freedom but they aren’t 100% necessary. Please reach out with any questions. We’d be happy to help you find the best option for you.
