Rachel and Eric share a lot of mutual friends and have known of each other for many many years, however, they didn't OFFICIALLY meet (and kiss) until 2014. During the summer of 2016, their relationship began! They bonded over their love for the outdoors, adventures, healthy living, and potato vodka. They have since built a beautiful life together with their two dogs. They have made it through some difficult trials and have also enjoyed so many amazing memories! And... the best is yet to come!!

Rachel and Eric were on a vacation in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. One day (Eric's birthday), after being stuck in traffic for over an hour, they finally made it to their hike destination. After enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains, Eric got down on one knee and asked to spend forever with Rachel! Obviously, she said YES! They spent the evening exploring Gatlinburg and celebrating over whiskey tastings and a romantic dinner! They couldn't get the smiles off their faces as they face-timed their family to share the news! The couple cannot wait to celebrate their special day with you! See you all in July!!
