Eric & Nicole were co-workers, he would bring her iced coffee every morning at the start of her shift. It was harmless flirtatious banter. Eventually Eric asked Nicole on their first date, he invited her over where he cooked mushroom risotto & lamb chops. The following week he made Nicole a home-made key lime pie. It was love at first bite! The couple enjoy the simpler things in life like building Lego's, watching Star Wars sequel in its entirety, In-N-Out and spending quality time with our families. A year later and Eric proposed in the presence of both of their families. They plan to have a family soon and enjoy all the happiness that comes with marriage. XO
