Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We plan to have a hotel block and shuttle to the reception through the North Olmsted Hampton Inn. Further details to come very soon. There are also plenty of other hotels in the area as well if you miss the cutoff date for the hotel block, but you will not get the discounted rate.

Semi-Formal to Formal wear is requested please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 PM at the ceremony to be able to get seats and settled before the ceremony starts. Our reception starts at 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive early since St. Clarence hosts a Saturday afternoon mass and the parishioners need time to empty the parking lot before our event begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there will be ample parking at both the ceremony and reception venues. We plan to have a shuttle to and from the reception if you are booked at the hotel block, but not the ceremony.
