This will be outdoors in the shade. There will be 2 shuttles at the Holiday Inn at 3:45 pm to take everyone to the ceremony spot and will take you to the Bates Building for the reception afterwards. They will also be driving back and forth throughout the night as needed. Mark Smith is the driver, his number is 217 204-4957 if you need for anything!

The Bates Building can fit around 400 people. We have just around 100 and it also has 2 large garage doors that go outside on each end that will be open allowing for everyone to have plenty of space ☺️
