Megan and Eric’s story began in 2011 at the University at Buffalo, where they met through mutual friends while Megan studied Mathematics and Eric pursued Finance. What started as a friendship grew naturally over shared experiences, group outings, concerts like The Fray, and even attending a visit from Barack Obama. 🎓 Though their paths took them in different directions after college, Megan in New York and Eric as far as Utah, they never fully lost touch. Through texts and social media, they stayed connected, quietly keeping up with each other’s lives from afar. 📱 In September 2018, when Eric returned to New York to visit family, he reached out to Megan to grab dinner. What seemed like a simple catch-up on September 11th turned into something much more. From that night on, their story truly began. 💌 They embraced the distance, flying back and forth to see each other, exploring new cities, and building a relationship rooted in effort and intention. Eric’s move to California marked the beginning of a new chapter, and Megan soon followed to be by his side. Not long after, life shifted again, and together they made their way back East, settling closer to family and building a home in Pennsylvania. ✈️ On August 15th, 2023, during a family vacation, Eric proposed at the dinner table, surrounded by love, and a magician who made the moment even more unforgettable. 🪄✨ Now, as they prepare to say “I do” on May 30th, 2026, Megan and Eric are coming full circle, returning to New York to begin their next chapter together, right where it all started. 📍❤️
