What is the dress code?

Answer

We care more about you being comfortable than sticking to a strict dress code. Most guests will probably dress to the nines. Eric will probably wear his flip flops. So - festive, fun, comfortable, and ready to dance.

Will everything take place at the hotel?

Answer

Yes — every part of our New Year’s Eve celebration will take place at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Palo Alto. We wanted the celebration to feel easy, connected, and relaxed — less rushing between venues and more everyone settling in together for the final days of the year.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We’ll have a dedicated kids room with movies, crafts, games, and space for little ones to hang out throughout the evening for any families who would like to bring them.

Should I book a room?

Answer

We will be there, and we’ve reserved a room block at a discounted rate and highly recommend booking early if you plan to stay with us. The Hilton Garden Inn Palo Alto, and the Four Seasons Palo Alto are also great options.

Yes - parking is ample and is free for the whole week.

Save the Dates were mailed on May 18th, and formal invitations were mailed on September 16.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Traditional mail-in RSVP cards were included with our formal invitations. You RSVP via the card or here on our website. You do not have to do both :)
