It all began when I got a message from my cousin, Aaron, asking if he could give my number to his friend, Eric, who was a "kind and good looking guy." Not knowing where this would lead, I agreed, and soon after received a text from Eric introducing himself. We only exchanged a couple texts before he asked me out on a date that weekend. Over the first few months, our feelings for each other grew gently and then all at once. 3 years later, almost to the day, we will be exchanging our vows to love each other for the rest of our lives.

On a snowy November day, Eric and I went hiking at Letchworth State Park. When we got to the end of the trail, on a stone bridge overlooking the falls, I turned towards Eric as he got down on one knee asking me to marry him. I continually screamed "ARE YOU SERIOUS? YES!" and we were engaged to get married! We are so very excited to share this next chapter of our lives with you all!
