What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4pm, 4:15pm the latest. We strongly recommend that you take our shuttles, as Uber is not currently operating in Hudson, NY and cabs are extremely limited.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We are providing shuttle transport at the following locations and times. Even if you are not staying at one of our hotels, we strongly recommend that you arrange to take our shuttles to the wedding. Ubers are not currently running in Hudson and cabs are extremely limited. In addition, parking is limited at our venue. The Wick: 3:30pm The Wick: 4:00pm St. Charles Hotel: 3:30pm St. Charles Hotel: 4:00pm

There is limited parking at the venue. We strongly recommend that you take our provided shuttle to the venue.
