We selected the iconic Flamingo Resort as a suggested place to stay while in Santa Rosa and reserved a block of hotel rooms. First come, first serve and prices are going up! These rooms are at a discounted price. Vintners Resort

Vintner's Inn is another lovely hotel option that is as close as you can get to our venue :) There are plenty of other hotel and Airbnb options where you are welcome to stay, but you'll likely want to be as close as possible to Santa Rosa.

Flight

San Francisco International Airport

Northern California has a few airport options. Santa Rosa Airport (STS) will be the easiest and closest, but potentially expensive. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is usually reasonably priced and an hour drive from Santa Rosa. Another option is the Oakland International Airport (OAK) which is a little further than SFO but could potentially have a better deal.

Rental Car

If you fly into SFO or the Oakland International Airport (OAK), you will probably want to rent a car to get to Santa Rosa. If you fly into the Santa Rosa Airport, you could probably get by using ride shares as hotel options and the venue are within city limits.

Travel Note

Uber/Parking

Ubers should be readily available to take you to and from the venue. There will be ample parking available at the venue.
