I hope this answers as much as possible, if there is anything I did not cover please by all means send me a text message.

COVID - Safe

Answer

We want to keep all our guest safe, so for this we ask If you haven’t been vaccinated, please have a Covid test done within 72 hours before the wedding. Bring your results with you. Everyone will be temperature checked on arrival. Hand sanitizing stations will be provided, please use them liberally! Maintain 6-foot social distancing with attendees that aren’t members of your household Stay home if you aren’t feeling well in any way (especially fever, chills, sore throat, cough, stomach ache). We’ll celebrate with you another time!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

You will be greeted at the gate and once you gain access, follow the path under the bridge. This will lead you directly to the venue, there you will find parking to your right.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, just to be sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. Wedding starts at 4:00 PM

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the Reflection Pool where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. Take pictures, enjoy and don't forget to Hashtag!

Where are the Ceremony and the Reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony, Reception, as well as Cocktail hour will be held in the same location.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Welcome to Florida ! Florida in May is warm for sure, Ranging from 70° - 90° F. With that said pack your suit case with shorts, sandals, and not to mention sun screen! Just don't forget your WEDDING ATTIRE!

What Should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or a gown, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat

What Colors Should I Wear?

Answer

Nudes,Soft Colors Pinks, Light blues, Rust Straying away from bold patters/colors. No dark / Bold colors

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking on the premises, you will find parking on the right side of entrance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes We have a hotel block for our guests, More information found in the Travel section of our website.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is April 12th ! Time is literally FLYING. I love receiving mail, so mailing it back would be so sweet. If things change you may change your RSVP online.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

YESSSS! We will have plated dinner and drinks. This will be after some finger foods and wine during cocktail hour.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, yes and yes! We want everyone to be able to have full bellies and enjoy food. Even the cake will be Vegan. Please just let us know of your dietary choices on your RSVP.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of Course , and dont forget to Hashtag (#LuisaandEricWed) I wanna be everywhere with everyone all at the same time!!! Post, post, and post so at the end of the night we can save them and print into our album. Keep in mind, its an Unplugged Ceremony, we will have a photographer, videographer, and recorded on ZOOM.

What's the Timeline for the Wedding day?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM Cocktail hour will follow and roughly last an hour and will begin at 6:00 PM Reception 7:00 PM Ending the night with dancing, music, drinks, surrounded with Family and Friends.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction who can I inform?

Answer

Please text Luisa at 617-922-8289 With your name, and allergy/restriction. This is very important and will be accommodated with the Caterer.
