Welcome Event

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Come enjoy a dessert party with us while watching Luminous, Epcot's newest firework show. Drinks, dessert, fruit and coffee will be served. Stay till the end for a special surprise from the Bride and Groom!! Meeting time is 6:45 p.m. at Epcot next to the big flag pole in the front. The easiest form of transportation is to ride the free bus from your chosen resort to Epcot or take an uber, once in front of the park you will see our group under a big USA flag pole next to the ticketing counters. If you are running late, the first group will leave and you will have to wait for the escort to come back and get you. For all events, please bring a valid ID if consuming alcohol

Wedding

Cocktail attire encouraged. Please be mindful we will be walking throughout the park to get to ceremony and reception.

All guests will need to be transported by Disney buses for the ceremony. If you are staying on property you will be picked up and dropped back off at your resort. If you are off site you will need to park or uber to the resort our guests are staying at. When you arrive please provide the front gate with our name and they will let you in to the resort grounds and there you can hop on the transportation to get to the ceremony and back. Our private transportation pick up time is at 9:00 p.m. from the All-Star Sports Resort main lobby, 9:15 pm from the El Centro lobby for Coronado Resort, and 9:30 pm from Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House Lobby. For all events, please bring a valid ID if you are consuming alcohol. PLEASE DO NOT MISS THIS BUS, IT IS THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION TO THE WEDDING!

Join the newly weds for our first day as husband and wife at one of our favorite Disney parks, Hollywood Studios. Enjoy feeling pint sized at Toy Story Land and shooting into hyperspace in Star Wars Land. Everybody can venture and travel at their own pace or go to another park if you would like! If you have had enough Disney and choose to opt out of this meet up we also understand! Discounted tickets are available for purchase on the travel tab and through the hotel link.
