Hotel Shuttle Available To/From Reception
4:30PM: The shuttle will be available to take guests to the reception from both hotels. It will begin at the Hampton Inn & then proceed to the Embassy Suites.
4:45PM: Shuttle will arrive at the Embassy Suites. Once full, it will go to the reception venue (The Clearwater Place).
5-6PM: The shuttle will make continuous loops between the Embassy Suites ONLY and the Clearwater Place.
9:30-11:30PM: The shuttle will return to the Clearwater Place & make continuous loops to both hotels (Hampton/Embassy).
