Payments can be made with a payment link that they will provide to you, however, please note that each link expires after 72 hours. Alternatively, you may leave a card on file and specify the dates and amount for your scheduled payments. Payments can also be made over the phone by calling 877-737-0177. FINAL payment is due April 29th, 2027.
You’re able to book excursions (such as parks like Xcaret or Xplor, ferries, catamarans, etc.) up to 2 months in advance of your stay. You can book directly through the hotel concierge. If you still have questions regarding booking, please contact us.
While we love your little ones, our celebration will take place in the adults-only section of the resort. We kindly request that this be an adults-only event.
