When should I RSVP by, and how do I RSVP?

Please RSVP via the link on this site no later than July 26, 2019.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is an adult-only event.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is the dress code. Ladies are suggested to wear cocktail length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or full length dresses. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. We want you to be comfortable, so feel free to wear flat shoes or unbutton that top button!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please be sure to mention any food allergies and/or special dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, Jorgensen has ample parking at the venue. If you choose to drive and decide to not drive home, Uber and Lyft frequent the area, so getting one should not be an issue. However, you will need to pick up your car before 10 AM on Saturday to avoid having it towed.

Which "Jorgensen Farm" location should I put into my GPS?

Answer

Please make sure your GPS is set to the Oak Grove location; the address is 7500 Harlem Rd, New Albany, Ohio, 43054. Do not go to the Historical Barn location or else you will be crashing someone else's wedding. :)

Is transportation provided from the hotels to and from the venue?

Answer

A shuttle is being provided but will depart only from Hotel LeVeque. All guests staying at the DoubleTree can easily walk to Hotel LeVeque (500 feet, ~3 minute walk) if transportation is desired. Please see our "Travel" page for more detailed information.

What time does the shuttle leave from the Hotel LeVeque?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the hotel for Oak Grove at 3:45 PM. Please be prompt. The wedding is on a Friday afternoon, and unfortunately, traffic can be an issue between downtown and the venue at that time.
