Where will we be staying and where is the wedding being held?

Answer

We will be staying at RIU Palace Aruba. The wedding will be held onsite on Tuesday November, 25th. Accommodations are all inclusive at the resort. This is not an “adults only” resort so children of all ages are welcome. Children 12 and under have a discounted rate.

How do I book my trip?

Answer

You can email or text Heidi Darnell at: h.darnell@magicalvacationplanner.com or 931-217-0776. Be sure to include the subject “Hatchel/Tanner Wedding”.

How do I book my flight and transportation to the resort?

Answer

Heidi, the travel agent, will book your flights and can also help you book transportation from the Aruba airport to the Riu. You can choose to take a taxi or book a shuttle or private transport from the airport to the resort through Heidi and for the return trip as well.

Which days will the couple be traveling?

Answer

Eric and Laura and the Hatchel kids plan to arrive Saturday, November 22nd and depart Thursday, November 27th, which is also Thanksgiving day.

Do I have to stay the whole time?

Answer

No. You can arrive before the wedding party or leave earlier or later. You can stay as long as you would like.
