What is the date and location of the wedding?

Our wedding will be held August 30, 2026. Our ceremony will be at the Leo Mol Garden in Assiniboine Park- followed by a reception at the Fort Garry Hotel

What time does the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive at the ceremony site for 3:00 to make sure our ceremony can start on time. Parking may be busy that weekend, so please allow time for that.

What is the dress code?

Answer

It will be summer garden party vibes! We are thinking elevated semi-formal attire.

Will your wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors. If by chance there is very bad weather scheduled for that day, our ceremony will be moved to our reception space at the Fort Garry. We will inform guests if this change needs to happen.

Are we allowed a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.

Where is cocktail hour?

Answer

Our cocktail hour and reception will be held at 5pm at the Fort Garry Hotel, located at 222 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB. Everything will take place in the Crystal Ballroom on the 7th floor—just turn right when you exit the elevators. There will be signage to help guide you. We will have transportation from the Leo Mol Garden for those who have requested it. The bus will leave at 4:30 from the designated location which the officiant will inform you of.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions as early as possible. We will share your requests with the culinary team to ensure they are accommodated.
