Flight
While we know traveling during this pandemic is a little scary we thank you for taking the plunge with us and joining our celebration of love. Everyone flying will receive a new N95 mask from us. Airport details: EGE (Eagle/Vail) airport is the closest airport (20 miles) to the wedding venue and to Beaver creek/Avon where you will be staying. Should you choose to fly into Denver, please keep in mind that this is extremely high snow season. To get into Vail there is only one highway in and out and if it is unmanageable to drive they close the road down till the next morning in order to deice the roads. To prevent you from missing the wedding should you choose to fly into Denver we recommend flying in 2 days before the wedding day. Denver airport is a 2 hour drive away from beaver creek and possibly longer with snow on the road. Both airports offer mountain transportation for those who are scared to drive in the snow.
House Or Rental
We have saved several Airbnbs for your convenience. We recommend to stay in one as this is the most economical option while allowing to create many memories. The airbnbs will be updated on a biweekly/triweekly basis. Feel free to switch dates according to the days you will be there as I put standard dates 2/18-2/22. If you would like to stay at a hotel instead, this one is the most economic. The more nights you stay the cheaper it is per night. Please let me know if you prefer to stay at a hotel because if I have enough rooms I can do a room block and get a more economical price for everyone. Hotels are in order of most economical in price to most expensive. Hotel has a shuttle service to the wedding venue Don't be shy to use hotels.com/Hotwire/Expedia/booking and all of those other hotel sites to search for cheaper prices.
