Please RSVP by September 6th so that we can give our vendors ample time to prepare everything for the right amount of people.
Think typical afternoon/early evening wedding attire. Formal/semi-formal clothing (suits/sports coats for men, gowns/dresses/skirts for women).
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors at the same location.
There will be a shuttle leaving the hotel at 1:00pm and 1:30pm for the venue, which is a 10 minute drive away. A shuttle will also take people back at the end of the night at 7:30pm and 8:00pm.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Voorhees. We cannot guarantee the blocked rate for bookings made after September 6th, or for bookings outside of our window from Friday the 4th through Monday the 7th. There is a vegan option for those that do not eat meat. For any allergies, please denote them on your RSVP so we can alert the venue.
Your invite will indicate how many seats are being saved in your honor, which includes plus 1s and children.
Children 11 and under will be served chicken fingers and fries, pasta, or another child-friendly meal if neither of those agree with your child.
The hotel is a 30 minute drive from Philadelphia International Airport. We suggest taking an Uber or taxi depending on the price when you fly in.
Early October temperatures are usually between 55 and 75.
We have hired a team of professional photographers that will be taking pictures all day. There will also be a photo booth during the reception. We ask that you keep your phones out of sight, at least during the ceremony. We will share the pictures with all of our friends and family after the wedding.
