Due to multiple factors including a winter wedding in the mountains and the ceremony being over the pool, we are not allowing kids. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately, due to the time of year we did not reserve a room block. Please look at booking your accommodations as far in advance as possible whether it be a hotel, airBnb, VRBO or another option.
Barring any extreme weather circumstances, the ceremony will be held outside. There will be heaters available and overhead umbrellas if mother nature decides to have some fun on our special day. Please bring a warm coat for the ceremony. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held inside with the option to hangout outside by the patio fire.
If you do not plan to driver yourself, Ubers and Lyfts are available in limited quantity. Vail also has a free town bus system that can be used to get to the venue.
Silly question. Absolutely! Bring your dancing shoes and get ready to celebrate all night long!
If you are traveling from out of state, we recommend planning to arrive in Colorado by Friday. The weather can be unpredictable making traveling up to the mountains variable. Keep in mind this time of the year is peak ski season, driving to the mountains from Denver on Saturday morning often involves very heavy traffic and we wouldn't want anyone to be delayed in making it to the party! Let us know if you plan to come early and enjoy all the fun activities Vail has to offer! Look into ski passes or grabbing dinner in Vail Village and you won't be disappointed!
