Bachelorette Club Crawl

Vegas Club Attire

This is an organized club crawl with other participants. We'll be walking between venues, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes! The itinerary is subject to change, but this is what is currently posted: 1 - AmeriCAN (The LINQ Promenade) 2 - Chayo (inside Linq) 3 - Omnia Nightclub (Caesar's Palace) 4 - Chateau Nightclub (Paris Hotel and Casino) The tickets are pre-paid so all admission is free and we'll get priority entry into each venue. Some drinks will be discounted but I won't know the details on that until the night of. Also, this is setup in a way that you/we can bail at any time if we're over it or want to do something else! So feel free to attend some or all of it. We'll probably also kinda play it by ear to see what the group feel likes doing between each venue.

Team Boy Gets Drunk

9:00 pm

Be ready for Limo Pickups by 4pm!

4:00 pm

We'll have two limos. Each can seat 8. Eric and I will be riding separately so that we don't see each other before the ceremony (I know, we're nerds). The two cars will be staggered so that we don't run into each other but we won't know the specific time/location of pickup until they call us at 4pm so we'll probably want to group up and figure out who is going with who beforehand. The actual pickup time should be roughly 4:30 and will be leaving from/returning to Mandalay Bay.

The Hitching of Two Wagons & Photoshoot

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Guests will be seated in the chapel around 5pm, the actual ceremony will start closer to 5:15 and should be pretty quick. Afterwards we'll be doing pictures (5:30-6:20) . Some will be just Eric and I, but many will be group shots with the bridal party, friends, and family so we appreciate you sticking around for this part! Limos will depart around 6:20 to take us all back to Mandalay Bay.

Reception

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We'll have our own room inside of Rira Irish Pub. Open bar and food will be served. Also, we can pipe in our own music until 9 or 10pm so if you have anything you want to dance to, let me know! We can either add to our playlist or just plug your phone into the sound system.
