Hope met Jake one fateful day in May of 1991. The same day she was also given an Itty Bitty Baby doll, who she named John Michael. Jake was cool but man was that baby doll awesome. She was told that a baby doll in a bridal party is frowned upon so she figured her brother will have to do.

From the day he was born, Eric always suspected Nick had it out for him. Eric had thought it was strange that his brother always seems to have an endless bounty of seeds in his pocket and that birds followed him around the yard but it was that day in St. Mark’s Square that Nick's plot to finally get rid of him was finally revealed. You see, Nick was an accomplished pigeon trainer and he had a militia of birds ready to strike. Luckily, Eric had discovered his affinity for bird culture a year before and was able to divert the attack and turned it into a beautifully choreographed pigeon ballet. Nick and Eric took their show on the road and that’s how they paid for college.
