When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as humanly possible! We want to be sure we have thought of everything in making sure you have a wonderful time at our wedding. Planning things from afar is challenging, but having an idea of who we will need to accommodate will be most helpful. At the latest, please RSVP by January 18, 2022.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Pass-a-Grille Beach at or before 10:30 am on June 18, 2022.

Is there a dress code?

Summer Chic attire or Semi-formal attire is suggested.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children in the immediate family are invited. All others, kick your shoes off and enjoy a kid-free weekend of fun in the sun!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

If you need transportation to and from Pass-A-Grille Beach, where our wedding ceremony will take place, an air-conditioned trolley will pick up our guests at the Hilton Garden Inn at 10 am. Following the ceremony, guests will be taken back to Hilton Garden Inn, where our reception will later take place. All guests need to arrive at Pass-A-Grille Beach by 10:30 am. Unfortunately, our trolley will not have time to pick up/drop off guests at alternate locations.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that our guests do NOT take photos at the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer at the wedding, and we want to ensure that our special day is captured without obstruction.

What's the plan for Groomsmen on the morning of the wedding?

Answer

Groomsmen will meet in Eric's hotel room at 9 am for a pre-wedding toast.

What's the plan for the Bridal Party on the morning of the wedding?

Answer

The Bridal Party will meet at Brystal's AirBnB, where we will all get ready, celebrate with mimosas, and graze on some light breakfast snacks. We have to be ready by 10 am, so meet any time between 7:00 and 8:00 am, depending on how much time you will need to get ready. Those staying at the hotel can ride with me. Those who are not staying at the hotel and who do not have their own vehicle may wish to arrange an Uber. Please let me know if there are any issues with transportation, and we'll figure out a solution to get you there.
