How to RSVP & by when?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is January 8th, 2026. We kindly ask that you respond by then so we can finalize our guest list and preparations. Thank you! To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab and type in your first and last name and respond for everyone that is listed in your party.

Will kids be allowed to attend?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a guest?

We are sadly unable able to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation envelope. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at October Oaks in Webster, FL. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be held inside and outside. 2709 Co Rd 776, Webster, FL 33597

What time does the wedding start and end?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at 5pm and conclude at 10pm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5pm, so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to park and find your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

When you arrive at the venue, please follow the main drive. Parking signage will direct you to an avaliable lot located on the left-hand side. There will be a small shuttle to take you up to the venue, but it is a short walk for those that would rather walk.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not attend our wedding, please indicate “Will Not Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d "Attending" but find that you can not make it, please notify Eric or Hannah as soon as you are aware. Thank you!

Is there places to stay near the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are a few hotels in the area, you can find more information under the "travel" tab. We reserved a hotel block at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brooksville. We added the direct link to book under the travel tab.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight if needed?

Answer

Yes! If needeed, you're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. Please plan to pick it up the next day at 12pm or later, per the venue's policy.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be “unplugged” meaning that we are asking for phones and cameras to be put away. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we will share our photos when we get them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like! We will have QR code signage throughout the reception so you can share them with us. :)

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence means the world to us! If you'd like to give a gift, our honeymoon fund is our "featured fund" - it will help us make lasting memories on our first adventure as newlyweds. We are also registered at Amazon and you can find all the information under the "Registry" tab. Thank you for being apart of our celebration!

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding. For ladies we suggest knee length, midi dresses, or floor length dresses. Wear any colors you’d like, just please refrain from wearing white or shades of white. For gentlemen, we suggest a suit or dress pants with a nice shirt— ties optional. Dress to impress— and to dance!

Yes! They have a large fire pit that is their designated smoking area.
