We met through mutual classes we had together at Sacramento State University. After several weeks of talking, Hailey asked Eric for “help with homework” and what was supposed to be a “study date” turned into our first date at Capitol Beer and Taproom in Sacramento. From that time, it was a whirlwind of meeting each other’s families and counting down the time before Eric would be off to intern at the National Ability Center in Park City, Utah. Before leaving for Utah, Eric sealed the deal by asking to go steady under the Christmas lights at Candy Cane Lane in Rocklin. We persevered through the time apart and after nearly three years together we are tying the knot!
