Question

Is there a specific end time?

Answer

Yes, the town of Lake Arrowhead has a local noise ordinance so our event must end at 10:00pm.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accesible?

Answer

Yes, the venue, buildings and restrooms are all handicapped accessible. They also have a golf cart readily available for assistance across the property and parking lot if needed.

Does the venue allow pets?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow any pets on the premises.

Is there a backup weather plan?

Answer

Yes! They have the capability to hold both the ceremony and reception in the heated barn in the case of inclement weather. They also have a few awnings and clear umbrellas available if needed.

Is there any onsite lodging?

Answer

There is unfortunately no onsite lodging, but head to our Travel page to look over some local accommodations nearby!

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

Yes, there is! All guests and attendees are to park in the asphalted lot behind/below the barn. Handicap accessible parking spaces are provided in front of the Groom’s Suite. Overflow parking is available in designated areas but parking is not permitted on the main street, access roads or driveways on the venue or surrounding areas.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow any overnight parking.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We're planning to have shuttles available at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa within Arrowhead Village that will take you to and from our event; we're also currently looking into booking cab services for others if needed.

How early can I arrive?

Answer

Weddings guests & attendees are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 3:30 pm, 30 minutes before projected ceremony start time.

Can I use Uber or Lyft?

Answer

Rideshare options are few and far between in Lake Arrowhead so we highly recommend commuting in groups or using our shuttles that will pick up and drop off from Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa.

Will there be heaters?

Answer

Yes! The venue has outdoor heaters available to use but we still highly recommend dressing warm. The barn will be heated for the reception later into the night!

How is dinner served?

Answer

Dinner will have a fully staffed and served buffet style.

What if I have a special diet restriction?

Answer

Our caterer offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free menu options in addition to the buffet food provided; please reach out to us with any specific restrictions or options needed.
