Are there ubers in Woodstock, VT?

Unfortunately, there are no Uber services in Woodstock, Vermont. Please use our provided shuttle services, use the local transportation companies below, or plan to drive safely to and from events

Is there a local transportation company?

Answer

If you need a personal shuttle to take you to and from other locations or to the airport and bus station, we recommend VT VIP Services or VT First Class Ride. A shuttle service will be provided for guests traveling from The Shire to both the ceremony and the reception. Please make sure to plan accordingly and arrive before the scheduled departure time, as there will be only one departure. Don’t be late! If you are not staying at The Shire but would like to take the shuttle, please feel free to do so. If you prefer to drive yourself, please note that parking at The Woodstock Inn is limited, and public parking is available along the surrounding streets. Shuttle Schedule The Shire Departure Time: Promptly at 3:00 PM The shuttle will pick you up outside the hotel's front entrance. Please be ready a few minutes before the departure time. Return Times: All shuttles will return guests at 10:00 pm. Shuttles will be available upon request if you would like to leave earlier than 10:00 p.m.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent. The ground is grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly! Should it rain, we will move our ceremony and cocktail hour indoors at The Woodstock Inn.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We're asking that our weekend events be an adult-only celebration, so we encourage you to arrange childcare and come party with us kid-free!
