Question
Are there hotel room blocks reserved for the weekend?
Answer
Yes! We have room blocks at The Westin Milwaukee and The Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Links to the room blocks can be found under the Hotels section.

Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at the St James 1868. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm and will be immediately followed by cocktail hour and the reception.

Will transportation to the venue be provided?
Answer
There will be a shuttle making two pick-ups at The Westin to take guests to the venue before the ceremony. Shuttle #1: Departs Westin at 3:30pm Shuttle #2: Departs Westin at 4:15pm The shuttle will NOT be picking up guests from The Hilton before the ceremony. However, it is in walking distance to the venue. Guests who would like to take the shuttle should plan to be at The Westin ahead of the pick-up times listed above. The shuttles at the end of the night will make stops at both The Hilton and The Westin.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a private, security-monitored parking lot right next to the venue. The lot can be accessed through the alley to the left of the St James. There will be signs in front of the building to direct drivers to the parking lot

With the exception of a special appearance by Walter the Ring Bearer during the ceremony, our wedding will be an adults only event.

What if I have a food allergy?
Answer
You will be able to indicate dietary restrictions (gluten free or dairy free) when making your meal selection with your RSVP.

Are there any additional events happening over the course of the weekend?
Answer
There will be a Welcome Party on Friday, October 13th starting at 8:00pm at Engine Company No. 3. Attendance is optional, but all are welcome! Additional information can be found on the Schedule tab.
