Wait, is February 2nd a Monday?

Answer

Yes! While we know having our wedding on a Monday isn't the most traditional, we are hoping our guests use it as an excuse to spend a couple of days in the sunshine. If you're unable to make it, we completely understand, you will be missed!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire—elegant evening wear, suits, cocktail dresses, or long evening gowns. The reception and ceremony will take place on a lawn, so a wedge or chunky heel is suggested for the ladies.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Powel Crosley Estate located at 8374 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL 34243.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue, Tampa International Airport is about an hour away and also an option!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that guests begin to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure they have time to find a seat.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

For those staying under our room block, a shuttle will provide transportation to the venue. The shuttle will be leaving at 3:30 pm prior to the ceremony and will return at 10 pm to provide transportation back to the hotel for those not going to the after party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are limited parking spots at the Powel Crosley, so we do ask that guests use the hotel shuttle provided, Uber, or another rideshare option to get to and from the venue.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our beginning as newlyweds, we have created a fund to help us make unforgettable memories as we begin this new chapter together.
