How will I get to the wedding venue (Wind and Sea Estate)?
Answer
Two shuttles will be loading at 4PM at the Carmel Mission Inn parking lot. Even if you choose to not stay at the Inn, you will meet for transportation to the wedding venue and can park there.

What should I wear?
Answer
The Wind and Sea is rustic elegance. You will be sitting on wooden benches for the wedding ceremony, and wandering through terraced landscapes with inclines and beautiful vistas. Plan to be comfortable for this boho chic wedding! Heck, you might even want to wear jeans, and that would be perfectly 'ok' with us!

Where will the bride and groom (and wedding party) be staying?

Eric, Courtney and the bridal party will be staying at the Wind and Sea. Do not hesitate to reach out to us through our cell phones if you have any questions or concerns. This is a celebration not a stress-fest!

Can I bring my children or extra guests?
Answer
Our wedding is limited in number by the size of the venue, and is intended to be a very intimate gathering. And, while we love our younger nieces and nephews, this is an adults-only gathering.

What will the weather be like in May?
Answer
The average temperature in Big Sur in May for a typical day ranges from highs of mid-70s to lows of 50s. It may be chilly and breezy, so bring a sweater or light jacket.

What is the closest airport to the venue?
Answer
Monterey Regional Airport is located just 6 miles from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Mission Inn. There are direct flights to Monterey from many major airports.

Will there be any surprises?
Answer
Keep your eyes and ears out for the sealions who live right off the point on a small island near the estate. We will hope for their serenade during our wedding ceremony.
